2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, and resources are owned and copyrighted by The Leverage Loft.
You are granted a personal-use-only license — materials may be customized for your business, but cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared externally.
You may not:
Resell or distribute templates
Record or share class content without permission
Use any brand materials or course frameworks for resale or duplication
You may:
Customize and use templates for your personal or real estate marketing
Use concepts taught in coaching for your own brand growth

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase or according to your selected payment plan.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and Stan Store.
Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without prior notice.

Under New York law, The Leverage Loft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or materials.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
